IRI Technologies Ltd. ("IRI Technologies", "we", "us", "our") operates IrIPass, IrITrack, and G8Pass (collectively, the "Services"). This policy explains what information we collect across the Services, how we use it, and how you can control or delete it.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
Full name, phone number, and (for IrIPass) email address, collected when you create an account. We authenticate users via a one-time passcode sent by SMS or email rather than passwords.
IrIPass
- Tickets you hold, claim, gift, or issue, and the events they belong to.
- Wallet credit balance, transaction history, and referral activity.
- Coupon redemptions tied to your account.
IrITrack
- GPS coordinates recorded at each clock-in and clock-out, used to verify on-site presence.
- Department, schedule, and leave-request data tied to your employment record.
- Timesheet and payroll-relevant data generated from your attendance records.
G8Pass
- Gate and event assignments, and your role/invitation status as an operator.
- Scan history: ticket validation results, timestamps, and outcomes recorded while operating a gate.
- Camera access, used only to read ticket QR codes in real time — scanned images are never stored, only the decoded result.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create, secure, and authenticate your account.
- To issue, display, and verify event tickets and coupons (IrIPass).
- To verify staff attendance and location at clock-in/clock-out (IrITrack).
- To validate tickets at the gate and log scan activity for event organizers (G8Pass).
- To send one-time passcodes for sign-in.
- To process wallet credits, referral rewards, and (where applicable) payments.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.
3. Sharing
Information is shared only as needed to operate the Services:
- With the event organizer or employer whose event/company you interact with (e.g. ticket status for entry verification, attendance and GPS records for payroll/HR purposes).
- With our backend infrastructure providers, who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality.
- Where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of IRI Technologies, our users, or the public.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
You can request permanent deletion of your account at any time:
- IrIPass — Profile → Delete Account, in-app.
- G8Pass — the
⋮ menu → Delete Account, in-app.
- IrITrack — contact us at the email below, or via your company administrator.
Deletion permanently and irreversibly removes your personal information from our systems, including tickets, wallet balance, and attendance history tied to your account. This action cannot be undone. Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g. financial/payroll records) for the minimum period required.
5. Security
Tickets and access tokens are protected with HMAC-signed, time-rotating QR codes and server-side atomic validation to prevent duplication or forgery. Authentication uses one-time passcodes rather than stored passwords.
6. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
